I had an amazing experience with Grayzer Electric when getting my Tesla Wall Connector installed. Their entire quote process was online, which made things super easy. After I uploaded all the required info, I got a quote really quickly. Once I agreed, they sent over a contract for me to sign, and they were incredibly patient in explaining every step of the process. After signing, they gave me a call to schedule the appointment. On the day of installation, they provided an arrival window between 8 and 10 in the morning and even gave me a heads-up an hour before, letting me know they’d arrive at 8:30. Right on time, they showed up at 8:30 sharp. The installation team was fast, professional, and very efficient. They explained everything clearly, and even cleaned up the drilling dust by vacuuming the area afterward. They helped me set up the app, made sure the charger was working perfectly, and walked me through the warranty process. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Top-notch service and great attention to detail. Highly recommend Grayzer Electric!

Zach & Todd installed our new Tesla Charger & also a whole house surge protector in under 2 hours today! They were professional, friendly, swept up after themselves, & knew their stuff. They ran wiring through the attic so everything was cleanly installed. They did an amazing job for us & we are very grateful. Zach explained everything he installed so we understood it - very helpful. He even helped us with the Tesla app to add the charger to it. The price was fair for all the work they did too. I will highly recommend Grayzer to all my friends!

I just wanted to take a moment to say how fantastic my experience with Grayzer Electric has been. I purchased my first Electric Vehicle at the beginning of Aug 23, that same week I started looking for a company to install my home EVSE (Charging device). I shopped around and read lot of reviews and I kept seeing Grayzer come up on Yelp, Google and Reddit. I figured I would get a quote from them for the work and it was magic from there! Their quoting process is simple and easy, answer some questions, upload some photos of your home and they got me a quote within 2 hours that was reasonable. From there, I confirmed the quote and they set me up for installation. They came to my home the next week, they arrived on schedule, were courteous and upfront. Both of the gentlemen that arrived took excellent care of my home and did a wonderfully clean and FAST installation of my EVSE. They even walked me through setting up my EVSE with the app! If you live in the Austin Metro area and need an EVSE or other electrical work done. I would absolutely recommend Grayzer!

I contacted Grayzer Electric along with a few others last summer when I got my Tesla Model Y to get an estimate for upgrading our older mod-90's service panel and install a Tesla charger. At the time, it was a very good price, but I ended up going with a much cheaper option of getting a 14-50 outlet installed off our sub panel in the garage. Turns out, that was a mistake, as that solution gave us problems until I de-rated the charging by 50% to not kick off and overheat our sub panel breaker. I learned the hard way that old adage about having to do something twice. So this summer I decided enough was enough, and got new estimates from various electricians around Austin (the big names you all know).The prices were honestly shocking, but I also reached out to Grayzer again as well. They refreshed the estimate, which barely changed at all. Their reviews are great, so I said let's do it. Because I'm not in City of Austin, they were able to schedule me the same week. Max and his crew showed up exactly on time, maybe a few minutes early even, and was very clear about everything that needed to happen. Can't say enough about my experience with Brock at Grayzer Electric. I found Grayzer via a Google search and contacted them based on their high reviews. I was not disappointed. From the start, Jessica was very informative in setting up the appointment and guiding me in what I would need to consider in the install of a single coachlight over my garage door. Meeting the electrician, Brock, just carried over my buyer's confidence even more. He arrived on time and got to work, helping me decide on placement, size, and set up. He instructed me clearly on not only how to direct the necessary masonry pre-work for my install but also on a recommended timer for my fixture. Next, he engaged me on desired fixture placement, treated all of my questions with respect and patience, and got to work on the wiring. The wiring and conduit was clean and unobtrusive. He saved me money by suggesting the timer setup and I've not looked back. Neighbors marvel at how tidy the conduit and end results look. And the light is a beautiful add to my home.
